Oh wow that’s an awesome idea! I don’t have time now (no adhesive film, damn it) but when I get back I am TOTALLY newspapering it.
For now the ribbon idea might work though! I might see if I have any white ribbon...

Does anyone have any ideas of a cool and quick way to decorate a granny-style walking stick so it doesn’t look quite so… erm… granny-ish? Because I currently can’t stand up without a fair bit of pain in my knee, and I’m damned if I’m going to let this ruin my holiday. But, I still don’t want to look like a granny ;)

I’ve discovered a love of gorgonzola XD so far it’s still the only blue cheese I like, but it’s a start, yeah? I got some to make this cream+cheese+leek thing to put on baked potatoes tonight, and apparently it’s really nice hah. But now I am SO FULL of melon and potatoes and syrup pudding.
